Can some one suggest a color molecule of about 0.2 microns size, and which is water soluble? I want to use this in solution on our microfilter(cut off at 0.1 micron) to see if it works properly. This could be routine check.
Natural foods without added flavours are gaining popularity. If foods are dried at ambient temperatures, drying is slow. But if drying is accelerated by using very dry air, drying can be fast enough. Economics will depend on cost of drying the air.
I am interestetd to know experience of others .
